Google’s recent actions—discontinuing DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) programs, removing important historical and cultural recognitions like Holocaust Remembrance Day, Black History Month, and Pride Month from their basic calendar reminders—made it clear that their priorities no longer aligned with mine. Unlike Google, where support can feel impersonal and difficult to access, Zoho’s team treated me like I was their most important client—even though I’m not a massive enterprise. They guided me through the entire migration process, ensuring that not a single file, email, or setting was lost.
Zoho also offers something Google lacks—built-in encryption capabilities for their mobile app, which enhances data security and privacy. And the range of services they provide is impressive. From email to CRM, project management, finance tools, and beyond, Zoho’s ecosystem is a one-stop shop for businesses of any size.

Switching platforms can be daunting, but this transition has been refreshingly smooth. Thanks to Zoho’s excellent support, I experienced zero downtime and am ready to work with a company that upholds values I believe in. Technology should serve us, not compromise our principles.
